What are these and how do they work?

The wheels are tools that show what foods are grown, raised, foraged, and caught locally, and what time of year you can expect to find them. The top part of each wheel displays foods that are available year-round — peaking through on the bottom portion of each wheel are seasonal items. The wheels are 12 inches in diameter printed on card stock in bright, full color. On the back of each wheel is an alphabetical seasonality reference that provides additional information about each of the foods depicted on the front. Each wheel comes in a lovely and sturdy recyclable sleeve and both the wheel and package are printed on FSC certified paper with plant-based inks and printed locally in the San Francisco Bay Area. We currently make wheels for five different regions of the United States and have plans to make wheels for more regions in the future!
