The Southern California wheel, shows foods sourced from Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial, and San Diego counties as well as from coastal waters. Some of the unique local foods available in the region include an abundance of avocados and citrus fruits, olives and olive oil, dates, a variety of nuts, and lots of delicious seafood. Southern California is even known to produce backyard bananas and mangoes!
